ONE YEAR STRONG: RUDIS CELEBRATES PARTNERSHIP ANNIVERSARY WITH UNITED WORLD WRESTLING

A year ago, RUDIS and United World Wrestling (UWW) announced a partnership rooted in a shared belief: that wrestling is far more than a sport. Wrestling is a global community, a cultural connection, and a transformative force in people’s lives. What began as a vision to honor wrestling’s heritage and elevate its global presence has grown into a collaboration with real momentum and meaning.

Wrestling connects people across borders, styles, and generations. Over the past year, the UWW X RUDIS partnership has lived out that truth: uniting cultures, empowering athletes, and celebrating the sport’s rich legacy with authenticity and humility. 

ONE YEAR, ONE VISION

Global presence, unified purpose, and a belief in taking the sport to the next level. This partnership has never centered on branding or gear. It has been about shared responsibility to serve the sport and its global family. The focus has remained on strengthening the sport itself while ensuring wrestlers around the world feel seen, supported, and represented. “Our first year with RUDIS has shown the power of a partnership built on shared values. For RUDIS, the past year has been a reminder of wrestling’s power to connect people and create meaningful opportunities. “The UWW x RUDIS partnership will help expand the influence of wrestling and create opportunities for others to compete in the world's oldest sport,” said Spencer Lee, Olympic Silver Medalist and Team RUDIS Athlete.

BUILT ON BELIEF

Over the last year, RUDIS and UWW have worked to build platforms and experiences that help unify and strengthen the global wrestling community. A tangible part of this collaboration is the launch of the UWW x RUDIS apparel collection, which brings official gear to wrestlers and fans around the world.

Outside of a dedicated UWW collection, RUDIS has also broadened the relationship with those who support our sport worldwide. In the last year, RUDIS has added several international teams to its roster, creating unique custom apparel that’s used from everyday wear to the matches that matter most. This growth has also given RUDIS the amazing opportunity to travel and be present at some of the top international tournaments around the world.
