STRUCTURE
Anatomically specific to address the unique shape and contours of a women’s foot; Narrower in the heel and wider in the forefoot.
UNDERFOOT
Built for intensity of women’s wrestling, this platform works to reduce stretching while offering support to the bottom surface of the foot. This is important because it helps to support more flexible feet with greater joint laxity to remove excessive movement.
WEIGHT
Lightweight and responsive, built to match the speed and intensity of women’s wrestling.
UPPER
A full base layer of engineered mesh wraps the foot for a lightweight, breathable feel, with larger openings throughout the midfoot and arch to help cool the hottest parts of the foot.
OUTSOLE
Provides seamless movement from the bottom to the top insuring a feel for the mat and a transition of support throughout the entire shoe.
COLLAR
Every detail of the heel was crafted to fit a woman’s foot. Secure, supportive, and seamless, the outsole curves naturally into the upper for a locked-in feel, while the rolled heel tab design adds comfort and additional ankle support.

While the core performance features such as grip, flexibility, and ankle support remain consistent across both, the primary distinctions lie in sizing, fit, and foot shape.
Women’s wrestling shoes are generally built on a last that accommodates their unique biomechanics and foot shape, with features like a narrower heel. In contrast, men’s wrestling shoes typically have a wider overall fit and are less precisely tailored to anatomical differences.
PRODUCT DESIGN
Another standout feature is the PowerDrive™, engineered to maximize energy return and responsiveness. It helps athletes maintain performance through powerful transitions and stances, enabling sharper direction changes, stronger shots, and improved mat control. It also reduces the forces that can lead to turf toe and other injuries.
Our product development team has collaborated closely with female athletes and coaches to design wrestling shoes that are purpose-built. We've created a fit that truly aligns with the unique anatomical and performance needs of women on the mat.

"My feet are just slightly different sizes and also I have arthritis so they tend to swell after hard practice or a tournament. I bought my original 8. 5 size and they were way too small for comfort, so I went up a half size to 9. I haven't had a chance to test out if I need to go to a 9. 5 yet (with all my support sleeves and gear etc. ) but Rudis made the return/exchange so incredibly fast and easy I was majorly impressed.
