The RUDIS Journey Knit Training Shoe is designed with elastic knit upper materials that flex with you. The Journey comes equipped with a one-piece vamp for increased mobility, with a dual-density midsole for premium cushion and medial arch support where you need it.

Features

  • Articulated Heel Design promotes a hassle-free entry with an ergonomically designed collar. Soft and breathable linings with comfort buffers secure and support the heel during activity
  • De-Coupled Heel design creates an isolated zone that helps decelerate heel-strike while adding cushioning and reducing impact forces
  • Dual Density Midsole helps manage overpronation and excessive rear-foot motion: a firm medially located midsole foam acts to counter the foot's inward movements
  • External Heel Clip provides additional stability to help control and manage forces applied to the heel during rigorous training activities
  • Flat Lug Design provides stability and surface area for enhanced grip on firm and flat spaces while 4mm of depth creates traction on softer surfaces
