"The shirt fits well, but it took Rudis 4 months to get my order out to me. I often don’t like ordering from Rudis because it always takes months to get my stuff in, but this was particularly bad. It would’ve been more helpful had someone emailed me to notify that there was an issue with my order. Instead, I had to reach out multiple times and was finally told production messed up the product, so they were re-making it. This information should’ve been known to everyone on the order as soon as Rudis was aware there was an problem."
