They've performed really well in practice I haven’t had the chance to compete in them but I’m really excited too! "I have been wrestling in the new Courage 2. 0 shoes for almost a month and I like them a lot. I wrestled 6 matches in them the first two days I got them with no break in and they were great from the start. Since then they have been my go to practice shoe and they have been great. My shoes get pretty beat up, but from what I can tell, these are going to last. They are light and I feel fast in them. All of the Rudis shoes I have worn have been great, and the Courage 2. 0 are right up there with the rest in terms of quality and comfort. I recommend them. "

I recently bought crush wave in a size 9 women if it’s your first time buying wrestling shoes, I do recommend going up a size since they are snug fit. I wish I would’ve known back then when I bought my first pair. Please look at the size chart. I absolutely love these shoes . I felt a bunch of support in my ankle and of course, like any other shoe I had to break it in before practice, but it felt extremely comfortable would recommend."
