"Size up, they stretch but I found them to be a little snug even for my "Rudis size" which is 1/2 size more than any other brand of wrestling shoe. These are super light, very comfortable, interior has soft elastic bands that support without restricting motion. I usually go for a split sole, but these have incredible grip and mat feel."
