How do I log into my RUDIS account to access the RUDIS Rewards program?
To log into your RUDIS account, click the person icon next to the cart in the top right corner of the website. Enter the email address you use for RUDIS orders, and we’ll email you an access code. Once logged in, visit the RUDIS Rewards page to view your points balance.
Why haven't my reward points been added to my account balance?
Points are applied to your account 45 days after your order is placed. If any items are returned, the related points will not be added to your balance. You can view your balance on the RUDIS Rewards page.
How do I earn points for my birthday?
After logging into your RUDIS account, go to the RUDIS Rewards page. Scroll to the Birthday Reward section and enter your birth date to receive birthday points.
Will I still receive RUDIS Rewards points if I return my order?
Points are not awarded for items that are returned. If you return a product after points have already beenadded to your account, those points will be deducted.
Do custom team store or in-person event purchases count toward rewards points?
Points are only earned and redeemed on standard retail orders placed through rudis.com. Custom team store and in-person purchases are not eligible.
Can I join the RUDIS Rewards program if I live outside the United States?
Yes, international customers can create an account, earn points, and redeem them on future purchases.Free shipping and returns are not available for international orders, and all international sales are final.
