RUDIS Rewards FAQs
How do I log into my RUDIS account to access the RUDIS Rewards program?
To log into your RUDIS account, click the person icon next to the cart in the top right corner of the website. Enter the email address you use for RUDIS orders, and we’ll email you an access code. Once logged in, visit the RUDIS Rewards page to view your points balance.
Why haven't my reward points been added to my account balance?
Points are applied to your account 45 days after your order is placed. If any items are returned, the related points will not be added to your balance. You can view your balance on the RUDIS Rewards page.
When do my points expire?
Your points expire 180 days from the date earned.
How do I earn points for my birthday?
If you’ve logged into your RUDIS account and added your birthdate in the RUDIS Rewards section, your birthday points will automatically be added to your account on your birthday.
Will I still receive RUDIS Rewards points if I return my order?
Points are not awarded for items that are returned. If you return a product after points have already been added to your account, those points will be deducted.
Do custom team store or in-person event purchases count toward rewards points?
Points are only earned and redeemed on standard retail orders placed through rudis.com. Custom Team Gear and in-person purchases are not eligible.
Can I join the RUDIS Rewards program if I live outside the United States?
Yes, international customers can create an account, earn points, and redeem them on future purchases. Free shipping and returns are not available for international orders, and all international sales are final.
