"I actually don't wear these for wrestling. I'm a massage therapist, and I used to wear Vivo Barefoot shoes because they allowed me to feel more grounded. However, the quality and durability of the Vivos was sub par; so I was looking for a shoe that would give me the grounding and dexterity I need to move around the table and still give me that barefoot feeling while holding up during daily use. I'm very satisfied with the Colt 4.0. I normally wear a 13 in everything, but the online sizing tool indicated that i should purchase a 14. They fit like gloves and they're very comfortable.
